The PHWFA will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse of its’ volunteer coaches, referees or players from any parent, player, or spectator.
I hereby agree with and pledge to uphold the following guidelines:
1. I will support the coaches, players, and/or cheerleaders and help teach the value of commitment to the team, sportsmanship, ethical conduct and fair play.
2. I will remember that children participate to have fun and that the game is for youth, not adults.
3. I will inform the coach of any physical disability or ailment that may affect the safety of my child or the safety of others.
4. I understand the importance of practice commitment, and missing of practice time may result in loss of game participation time for my child.

I will never question, or confront coaches at the game or on the practice field, and will take time to speak with the Head Coach at an agreed upon time after a 24 hour period has passed. In any matter regarding a complaint or grievance I may have with the team, Head Coach, asst. coaches, players, other parents, or league policy – I will bring my grievance to the Head Coach of my child’s team at an agreed upon time frame between the Head Coach and myself.
6. I (and my guests) will be a positive role model for my child and encourage sportsmanship by showing respect and courtesy, and by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, officials and spectators at every game, practice or other PHWFA event.
7. I (and my guests) will not engage in any kind of unsportsmanlike conduct with any official, coach, player, or parent such as booing and taunting; refusing to shake hands; use of profanity, or physical confrontation.

12. The use of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco products is prohibited at games and practices.
I understand that violation of the PHWFA Parent Code of Conduct can result in disciplinary actions set forth by the PHWFA Board of Directors.
